A completed application turned into the scholarship committee or a member of
Chapter 776 of the Vietnam Veterans of America.
Copies of High School or College transcripts where applicable.
A letter of acceptance from a College, University, or post secondary institution.
A statement describing financial need including a budget reflecting all costs such
as tuition, books, fees, room and board, etc. An estimate of your parents’ income
for the year prior to the application.
Estimates should be as follows:
A. Under $50,000
B. $50,000 to $100,000
C. Over $100,000
Also, if you desire, you can relate any special circumstances which would have a
direct bearing on your need for financial assistance.
A letter in the applicant’s words expressing current educational Goals and Objectives.
One letter of recommendation from a person other than the applicant’s family.
The person should have known the applicant for at least three years.
